When an agent or team run on an Agno `PublicSurface` fails, the caller gets a short JSON error with a `run_failed` code and a `correlation_id`. Model errors and provider messages stay on your server.

```http
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
Content-Type: application/json
{"error": {"code": "run_failed", "message": "run failed", "correlation_id": "9f2c…"}}
```

AgentOS logs a warning with the same correlation ID, so when a user reports an error you can find the request in your logs. A streaming run that fails ends with a `RunError` or `TeamRunError` event carrying the same code and ID.
