Increase reliability with OpenRouter failover and dynamic model routing

OpenRouter now supports fallback models for transparent failover. If a primary model is degraded or unavailable, requests automatically route to healthy alternatives — reducing errors and customer impact. We also added a dynamic model router example to help teams balance cost, latency, and quality across providers.
