Agno 3.0 and the agent platform that builds itself

We're excited to release Agno 3.0, bringing us one step closer to our vision of an agent platform that builds itself. If you're new here, let's start with an introduction.

I'm Ashpreet, the founder of Agno (derived from the Greek αγνός, meaning pure).

Agno is an SDK for building agent platforms, helping companies build, run and manage their own agents.

Thousands of companies use Agno to build:

1. Customer facing agents. Agents that interact with your users through your product, Slack, email, iMessage or via MCP. Product copilots, support agents, answer engines. The agent becomes part of the product.

2. Internal agents. Agents used by your team to run your company. This can be anything from a support agent, to a GTM agent, a data analyst or a full-blown software factory.

Our vision is to build an agent platform that builds itself.

Agents are going to be the primary consumer of most software. Users will use your product through their agent, your in-product agent, or have their agent talk to your agent. By the end of the decade, having the best product will be synonymous with having the best agent.

Every builder knows that building the "best" of anything is not a one-time effort. It's a continuous grind of learning and improving, learning and improving.

While the labs build self-improving models, companies need to build self-improving systems. Our mission is to make that possible.

Today you can go to agno.com, copy the prompt and have your coding agent build your agent platform, including any agent you can think of. Your coding agent will deploy your agent platform and take it live.

Once you collect some usage data, your coding agent will use that data to recursively improve your agents and the system that powers them.

3. Control Plane for managing your agents. Sessions, traces, evals and usage metrics in one place, with the controls to act on what you see. It takes you from a passive observer to an active owner of your platform.
